Seminole Square Cinema 4
The Seminole Square Cinema 4 opened on August 19, 1983 as a Neighborhood Theatres franchise. [1]
At the time of its closure, the theater at 2306 India Road was owned and operated by the Regal Entertainment Group. Heritage Hospitality Management purchased the property for $3.25 million by in December 2012. Initial plans never came to fruition as the theater was in the path of the Hillsdale Drive Extended project and later demolished. [2]

Last minute renovation plans
Regal announced plans in May 2009 to upgrade the theater, which is located behind the K-Mart shopping center. Plans included expansion into the parking lot to add five additional screens, new stadium seating & digital projection equipment[3]. However, the city never received a site plan for the proposed expansion. [4]
The theater closed in November 2012 after Regal moved to the new Stonefield Regal 14. It was soon purchased by Heritage Hospitality Management.
