Rosanna Bencoach

Rosanna Bencoach served as Charlottesville city registrar from 2015 to July 2019. She was introduced to City Council on February 17, 2015. [1] In April 2019, she declined to seek continued employment once asked by the Charlottesville Electoral Board to reapply for her job. [2]
She was succeeded by Melissa Morton.
