Roosevelt W. Barbour Jr. was appointed as the Charlottesville city assessor on September 15, 2003. [1] He retired in July 2015. [2]

Biography
Barbour grew up in Crozet. He graduated from St. Paul's College. After succeeding Glenn Branham in 2003, Barbour continued to work at the Kroger on Emmet Street. He retired from that position in 2011. [2]
