Timeline
- July 30, 2013 – Albemarle County Planning Commission recommends approval of the rezoning [1] [2]
- October 2016 – Developer files rezoning application (ZMA20160019) seeking to increase residential space and decrease commercial space.
- June 2017 – Solar canopy installed [3]
Information
In June 2017, a solar canopy was installed in the parking lot of a condominium building as part of the development's Earthcraft rating. [3] The Sun Tribe Solar system installed by Martin Horn is expected to produce 35,000 kilowatts per year and is the first of its kind in the area. [4]
