Richard Brewer

Richard Brewer is chair of the Albemarle County Democratic Committee. Brewer replaced Valerie L’Herrou as chair, who was elected in 2009 and is relocating to Richmond[1]. Brewer is President and CEO of Commonwealth Assisted Living[2].
