Real Estate III is a real estate company founded in 1972 by Frank Kessler. In 2010, the company became part of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise and is now known as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate III[1]. Real Estate III is estimated to have over $600 million in annual sales[2]. The firm was also instrumental in the creation of the Glenmore community in eastern Albemarle County.
