Pat Mullaney was Albemarle County's Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation. He retired from that position on December 31, 2010. Mullaney joined the County as a recreation program coordinator in 1978 after graduating from Frostburg State College with a degree in recreation administration. He was director during 1981-2010.[1]
