- 1963 – Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors authorizes public hearing for a $100 tax on "carnivals, sideshows, menageries, speedways, and trained animal acts." [3]
- 2019 – Charlottesville City Council approves special use permit for second phase of Six Hundred West Main [4] [5]
- 2020 – Albemarle Board of Supervisors approves rezoning for Albemarle Business Campus on a 6-0 vote [6]
