Oak Hill Farm is a 64-home community in Albemarle County about 1 mile south of Interstate 64. [1] The community lies within the Samuel Miller Magisterial District. It is bounded roughly by Old Lynchburg Rd., Sunset Ave. Ext. and the Redfields and Mosby Mountain neighborhoods.
