The Oak Hill neighborhood is a single-family neighborhood in Albemarle County's Neighborhood 5 designated growth area, south of Charlottesville. Many of the homes in Oak Hill adjoin permanantly preserved wooded open space of the Mill Creek, Lake Reynovia, and Foxcroft communities. Many houses also adjoin Biscuit Run State Park.
Federally funded sewer upgrade
Sewer service in portions of Oak Hill is currently[when?] provided by septic fields. The Albemarle County Service Authority received a Community Development Block Grant to extend public sewer service to the neighborhood. [1] The ACSA is waiving sewer connection fees to allow homeowners to be connected to the system. [2]
