Norman Dill (D) served one term as supervisor of the Rivanna Magisterial District seat on the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors from 2016 to 2019.
Dill is a graduate of the Harvard Business School who founded Rebecca’s Natural Food in 1987. He also was a co-owner of the Harlowe-Powell Auction Gallery and has been involved with several other area businesses. He made his campaign announcement on [1]

2015 election
Dill defeated Republian Richard Lloyd with 48.33 percent of the vote to Lloyd's 45.59 percent and Lawrence Gaughan's 6.03 percent. [3]
