NIITEK

Non-Intrusive Inspection Technology, Inc. (NIITEK) is a Sterling, Virginia-based defense contractor manufacturing landmine detection equipment in Albemarle County

NIITEK's production facility is formerly that of Biotage, who sold it to current owner University of Virginia Foundation before its closing[1]. At the end of 2009, NIITEK had approximately 180 employees at its Albemarle location[2].
