Michael Osteen has served on both the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority and the Charlottesville Planning Commission.
Osteen served on the CRHA Board of Commissioners from 2016 to early 2021. He had been serving in a second term on the board before resigning. [1]
He served on the Planning Commission from 2006 to 2014. He served on the He was appointed by City Council on October 2, 2006 for a term that expired on August 31, 2010.
