Mark B. Graham is Director of Community Development for Albemarle County. Because of his position, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority.
He will retire from county government effective August 1, 2019. [1]

About
Mark Graham was born in Oakland, California and raised in La Grange, Texas. He moved to Albemarle County in 1999 from Nashville, Tennessee, where he was an engineering consultant. He graduated from University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and received his M.B.A. from Virginia Tech in 1986.[2]
