l'etoile was a bistro located on West Main Street that began operations in 1993 when it was called The Tea Room. Both names were operated by owners Mark and Vickie Gresge. [1] Many of the ingredients come from a small garden behind the restaurant. [2]
The restaurant closed on September 27, 2014 and its owners transitioned to a catering-only business. [3]
