Kevin O'Halloran is a former Chairman of the Charlottesville Planning Commission. He presided over the City's 2003 Rezoning. He is also a former Chairman of the Charlottesville's Board of Zoning Appeals, where he served from 2002 through 2022.
O'Halloran has been Executive Director of the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts since 2019. He was the Executive Director of Charlottesville Opera through 2018. He was previously Director of Development for the Paramount Theater and Director of Donor Relations at the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation.
