Jefferson Park Hotel and Land Improvement Company

Jefferson Park Hotel and Land Improvement Company was a development company formed in 1890 in Charlottesville, encouraged by the establishment of the Charlottesville and University Street Railway in 1887. [1]

The hotel was in operation in 1895. [2]
