James B. Murray Jr. is a member of the UVA Board of Visitors, a UVA Alumni, and is the founder and chair of Presidential Precinct, a non-profit that operates out of Charlottesville.[1] To date, Murray has been appointed to the Board of Visitors twice: Once in 2016 by Governor McAuliffe, and once again in 2020 by Governor Northam.[1]
