Institute for Environmental Negotiation

The University of Virginia's Institute for Environmental Negotiation (IEN) works to build and teach capacity to others in the service of communities that are sustained ecologically, socially, and economically[1].

Rich Collins founded the Institute in 1981. The current director is Franklin Dukes.
