- May 16, 2017: Board of Architectural Review grants preliminary design approval [2]
- October 17, 2017: Board of Architectural Review sees slightly different proposal that does not directly attach to structures at 501 and 503 West Main Street [3]
- December 19, 2017: Board of Architectural renews expired demolition permit for Atlantic Futon on a property that had previously not been part of the Quirk proposal [4]
