Gail Hobbs Page is the owner of Caromont Farm in Esmont. She is a former restaurant chef who decided to become a local farmer in order to produce goat's milk and cow's milk cheeses. [1] She worked in restaurants for 26 years, including a stint at Chef de Cuisine at Hamiltons at First and Main, The Mark Addy, and Feast! [2]
