Frank M. Conner III

Frank M. "Rusty" Conner III is a former member of the UVA Board of Visitors, who served from 2014-2022.[1] He was appointed in 2014 by Governor McAuliffe alongside L.D. Britt, Barbara J. Fried, and John G. Macfarlane III.[2] He later served as Rector from 2017-2019.[1]
