Frances Farmer

Frances Farmer (1909-1993)[1] was the former Head Librarian of UVA Law School from 1942-1976, and, upon her retirement in August 1976, she complied an oral history collection of the UVA Law School's Second Century (1927-2027).[2] In addition, Farmer is depicted in a portrait by local painter Frances Brand, in her "Firsts" collection.
