Forrest R. Marshall, Jr. served on the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors. He helped engineer the $25 million federal earmark from Senator John Warner to pay for the Meadowcreek Parkway Interchange.[1].
Even though he is a Republican, he supported his Democratic colleague Charles Martin in the unsuccessful race for the 58th House District[2].
Marshall was chair of the board in 1998.
