Supervisors also agreed to allow Foley to build the next iteration of the five year plan on an equalized property tax rate of 76.5 cents per $100 of assessed value.
At the end of the discussion, Supervisors voted unanimously to issue an request for proposals for construction of the new Crozet Library.
