Emily Dooley won election to her first term on the Charlottesville School board in the 2021 election. [1] She ran again in 2025. [2]
Dooley won election in 2025 getting the second most votes. [3]
Dooley was also a candidate for the interim seat on the Charlottesville School Board in April 2018. [4]
She is a realtor with Nest Realty and former principal of Nathanael Greene Primary School in Greene County. She previously worked as a testing coordinator at Monticello High School in Albemarle County and as an assistant principal at Locust Grove Middle School in Orange County.
