Dewberry Group of Atlanta is the owner of the skeletonLandmark Hotel. [1] The company was founded by John Dewberry, a native of Waynesboro. [2] The project is still stalled with no plans for it to be restarted.

The company is split into three divisions: Dewberry Hospitality, Dewberry Office, and Dewberry Living.

The company using its in-house design firm, Studio Dewberry, to craft blueprints for the hotel, which has been intended to be the company's second boutique hotel. [3]

Dewberry is renovating a shopping center in Jacksonville called Roosevelt Square into a mixed-use development called Ortega Park. [4]
