David Brown (Public Works Director)

David T. Brown P.E. became the Director of Public Works for the City of Charlottesville in May of 2020. [1] He left the position in late September 2021[2] to become the Assistant City Manager for the City of Fredericksburg. Prior to working for the city of Charlottesville, Brown was Director of Public Works for the City of McKinney, Texas.
