Cox's Row was a section of Charlottesville at the site of the present-day Westhaven neighborhood that was razed in the 1960's as part of the urban-renewal era after voters agreed in a referendum to proceed. [1]

The Reverend John Seay lived in Cox's Row at the turn of the twentieth century.[2]
