Common House is a planned private club being built at 206 West Market Street in downtown Charlottesville.

History

The Charlottesville Planning Commission recommended approval of a special-use permit on January 12, 2016. [1]

A snowstorm in late January blanketed the roof of the building and caused a portion of the structure to collapse on January 27. [2]
