I'm still not happy with it. Added the Airport board because it seems like it "runs things". I want to remove the RWSA and RSWA; they are not governing bodies at all, but rather are the operations. But the RWSA board, I think, would count, if we had that article. Anyone want to try to clarify what we're talking about here? MPO policy board? Joint Airport Auhtority?
