conflicted over crozet v. ivy classification

Not sure there's much difference b/w this and 'albemarle communities' other than the 'albemarle' part. Definition of latter references 'crossroad'. Is that legit? Should we just have "c'ville", "albemarle communties", and "surrounding communities", and dump both crozet, scottsville, and Ivy into the "albemarle" one? -- B.S.
