Format for parks category

I am thinking of switching the category format for parks to "Parks in Albemarle County" and "Parks in Charlottesville" as opposed to the current situation. That would make it easier for users looking for parks to find the category alphabetically. If I don't hear from anyone opposed, I'll go ahead and do this on 5/14/09.
