More subcats? Better subcats?

This was sort of the last area of category confusion I could see; I bet some of the classifications are off a little bit, but it's better now than it was, IMO. Suggest addition of "Transportation advocacy groups", but there weren't any currently classed there, and maybe something for all the water-related stuff?
