Burnley Vineyards is a farm winery operated by the Reeder family that is located in northeast Albemarle County near Barboursville. They began planting in 1977 and made their first harvest in 1980. They sold grapes to other Virginia wineries before opening their own in 1984. They also rent out a guest house called Fernando's Hideaway. [1]

In 2020, Burnley Vineyards received $10,000 as part of the Albemarle County Lift Grants program to assist businesses in the wake of the COVID-19 Emergency. [2]
