Barksdale-Coles-Hailstock House

The Barksdale-Coles-Hailstock House is one of Charlottesville's individually protected properties. The Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority purchased the property and 212 Fifth Street NW in January 2025. [citation needed]

The property is also within the Fifeville and Tonsler Neighborhoods Historic District. [1]
