Armstrong Knitting Factory

The Armstrong Knitting Factory is one of Charlottesville's individually protected properties, meaning any exterior changes or potential demolition would have to be approved by the Board of Architectural Review. The factory is located at 700 Harris Street. [1] The factory is also known as the Silk Mills building.[2]
