Apex Plaza is a building that houses Apex Clean Energy. The project was developed by Riverbend Development. [1]
Construction
Ground was broken for the eight-story building on October 15, 2019. [2] Apex will occupy the top three floors of the 187,000 square foot building and will rent out the rest. The building has been designed by William McDonough. [3]
The structure uses cross-laminated timber beams rather than concrete, steel and glass. [4]
