Biography
Sorrell graduated from Virginia Tech with both a bachelor's in environmental policy and planning and a master's degree in public administration. Sorrell has been a local government planner since 2004. He has been employed by Albemarle County since June 2011. Before that he worked for four years as the director of planning in Cumberland County. [1]
