About
The Albemarle Planning Commission recommended the 48,000-square-foot Albrecht Place for approval on July 17, 2012. However, potential traffic concerns have been raised by VDOT regarding access to the site.[1]
Tenants
The site would house Design Environs, a company owned by property owner Sue Albrecht. Another potential tenant for the proposed site includes a local gym.[1]
