Background
The property is the site of what Riverbend Development refers to as the second phase of the Belmont Condominiums project. The project is zoned Corridor Mixed Use 3. [1]
The existing building was built in 1948 for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was used for that purpose until the 1970's.
