Project description
"This project would:
- Add a left turn lane for southbound 5th Street traffic to turn onto 5th Street Station Parkway
- Add a mid-block left turn lane for northbound 5th Street traffic to access the Food Lion Shopping Center
- Restrict the left turn into Food Lion Shopping Center from northbound 5th
Street
- Restrict the left turn out of Food Lion Shopping Center onto 5th Street
(northbound)
- Add an eight-foot shared use path to both the east and west sides of 5th
Street from Harris Road to 5th Street Landing. [1]
