201 East Water Street is an address of two adjoining parcels in Downtown located on Water Street and East Main Street between 2nd Street SE and 3rd Street SE. The building is currently vacant and owned by Deerfield Square Associates II, LLC. The southwest section of the building facing Water Street is unfinished. The northeast section of the building currently standing at East Main Street was built in 1931.

The first occupant at 200 East Main Street was Citizens Bank and Trust Company which opened for business on December 1, 1931. The bank institution was renamed Fidelity American Bank in 1976, acquired by Central Fidelity Bank in 1980 and closed on March 19, 1998. [1]
