Virginia Association of Counties

The Virginia Association of Counties (VACo) supports county officials in order to protect the interests of the counties and serve the people of Virginia. VACo is governed by a board of directors, which is made up of local government officials. VACo hosts its annual conference each November and publishes its newsletter, County Connections, twice a month. It works cooperatviely with its counterpart, the National Association of Counties.
