The University of Virginia School of Law was founded in 1819 by Thomas Jefferson[1] and has an enrollment of 1,100 students. The school is recognized as one of the top ten law firms in the nation by the U.S. News and World Report[2].

Expansion plans

In order to maintain its top ranking, the School of Law is currently[when?] planning for an expansion as it has reached the limits of its footprint[3].
