The Monument Fund

The Monument Fund is a nonprofit organization created in October 2016 that is one of the plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the city of Charlottesville to prevent the removal of the Robert E. Lee Statue from Emancipation Park. [1] The organization also raises money to defend "monuments against threats and encroachment and supporting litigation to preserve and protect them.
