Johnson Village Phase 3

Johnson Village Phase 3 is a residential development at the corner of Fifth Street Extended and Cleveland Avenue in Charlottesville that was built by Riverbend Development. The plan is to build 189 apartment units in several buildings. This project is known as Beacon on 5th.

City Council approved a rezoning for a planned unit development on March 1, 2004. [1]

The final site plan was approved by city staff on October 30, 2015.
