Edward D. Tayloe II

Edward D. Tayloe II is a Charlottesville resident who is one of several plaintiffs in a lawsuit to stop the removal of the Robert E. Lee Statue in Emancipation Park. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army who served in the Special Forces Group during the Vietnam War. Tayloe is also a past president of the Lee-Jackson Foundation, an organization that contributed money to a restoration of the stations that was conducted in the late 1990's. [1]
