Blake at Charlottesville

The Blake at Charlottesville is a planned 140-room assisted living facility under construction off of Rio Road West in Albemarle County. It is one of a chain of "resort-style" retirement communities.

A rezoning was approved by the Board of Supervisors in February 2017, one month after the Albemarle Planning Commission project had been recommended denial. [1]
