About

In 2012 the company was sold to Charlottesville investor Mark Brown. Brown plans on updating the fleet, adding hybrid vehicles and amenities such as permanently-installed tablets and wifi, allowing passengers to watch television and making it easier to pay with credit card.[2]

Some cab drivers have complained about the new dispatch system as well as service fees they are charged. [3]
